This step-by-step loose Floral Watercolor Experience combines watercolor instruction with princeples inspired by NeuroArts Research--the growing science of how engaging with the arts can support wellbeing, reduce stress, encourage focused attention, and strengthen our connection to the present moment.

You do not need to be an experienced artist. I'll guide you through observing flowers, loosening up your brushstrokes, mixing color, and creating a joyful floral watercolor without worrying about perfection.
